Effective Note for Nursery Registration [2027-2028]
Nursery Registration Forms will be available on 2nd October 2026 from 9:00 a.m. onwards.
Criteria for Registration:
 Applicant’s date of birth should be from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024.
 An online charge of Rs. 800/- to be paid at the time of registration [non-refundable].
 If your child's DOB does not match with the original birth certificate, then his/her registration will be cancelled.
After successful submission of the Registration form, guardians must collect the School prospectus on 13th and 14th November 2026 between 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Instructions while submitting the Registration form:
 Fill up all the details in case any field is not applicable type N.A.
 A printout of the Registration form is to be submitted with all the necessary documents on the given date.
 Photo copy of birth certificate, and the payment receipt of the Registration Form to be submitted along with the Registration form.

 Do not fill up two forms for the same candidate.


  Steps to be followed while filling the Registration form:

 Type the Website Address www.smcssantragachi.org
 Click on the "Admission Link" for  “Registration” process, select "Class" and on “Date of Birth”.
 Type the Date of Birth, in “yyyy-mm-dd” format.

  Photo to be uploaded either in JPG or JPEG format upto 200 KB

  Kindly check whether necessary details including the photo is clearly visible or not before making the final submission.
 After filling up the details, click on “Submit”.
 Fill in the required fields for Nursery registration and “Submit”.
 After successful registration you will be intimated through a WhatsApp message in the provided number.
 Follow the instructions provided in the message.
