Effective Note for KG-I Registration [2026-2027]
KG-I Registration Forms will be available on 1st November 2025 from 9:00 a.m. onwards.
Criteria for Registration:
 Applicant’s date of birth should be between 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022.
 An online charge of Rs. 800/- to be paid at the time of registration [non-refundable].
 If your child's DOB does not match with the original birth certificate, then his/her registration will remain cancelled.
After successful submission of the Registration form, guardians must collect the School prospectus on 4th and 6th November 2025 between 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Terms and Conditions while submitting the Registration form:
 In case any field is not applicable type N.A.
 A printout of the Registration form is to be submitted with all the necessary documents on the given date.
 Photo copy of birth certificate, and the payment receipt of the Registration Form.

  Steps to be followed while filling the Registration form:

 Type the Website Address www.smcssantragachi.org
 Proceed to the “Registration” section and click on “Date of Birth”.
 Type the Date of Birth, in “yyyy-mm-dd” format.
 After filling up the details, click on “Submit”.
 Fill in the required fields for KG-I registration and “Submit”.
 After successful registration you will be intimated through a WhatsApp message in the provided number.
 Follow the instructions provided in the message.
